So for the last two days I have been drinking water like crazy. I really think it is helping. I feel good, I woke up with a nice number on the scale. :) It helps that I have had yesterday off and today off for snow. I find it is so easy to get a soda (my downfall) at work. I have Stuck to only 1 bottle at work a day, but I would like to have none. It always seems like when I do that I come in exhausted, or kids are getting on my nerves or I am used to having a soda with lunch so I do. Tomorrow when we go back to work I am going to try and bring my water bottle with me. The problem becomes that the water at school tastes horrible!
