I dropped my RDI from 2700 to 1900. Now the end of the day percentages don't look as good as they used to. Haha. Today was pretty good until dinner. I ate 500 calories of lasanga and 300 calories of ciabatta bread. YUM!! I still stayed under my RDI, so I guess that's good. We are doing our big grocery shopping trip next week and we will be getting lots of fruits and veggies. I weigh in on Friday.....fingers crossed.
