Ok. My goal for february is an average daily calorie burn of 1900 calories. This is an agressive goal. I have only accomplished this 3 times in the last year. If I succeed at increasing my calorie burn from an year long average of 1756 to 1900 and keep my calories at my year long average of 1567, I should see a loss of about 3 lbs.
