so im fluctuating now between 97 and 100 kilo...its crazy...food intake i pretty good but could be better...but i never miss my excersise daily...so i joined a gym and got a PT to help me...wow...now i generally power walk anywhere from 10 to 14 ks and do 30 push ups per km...usually takes just over 2 hours...my gym session today was 45mib and im jelly legged and sore sore sore...🤗🤗🤗...so it looks like the old adage is true...less is more...
