My new goal is to start journaling more, both here and at home on paper. I have no excuse, as my weight loss is actually working right now and I am doing very well! I started the Virgin Diet in October, and I am doing my second 21-day phase 1 bout right now. I am on day 15, and last week I FINALLY added exercise for the first time in about 4 months. To keep myself accountable, I signed up for once a week (all I can afford) with a personal trainer. I am so close to my goals now, I can't wait!! I have not been down to this weight since July 2012 and I refuse to quit!!
