It’s a funny thing, the feedback you get from the body - I feel so light and glowing from the inside when I’ve had good clean food and high levels of activity for a couple of days, and sluggish and almost crampy in the gut if I do the wrong things. All the organs gang up and start sending signals💥 I now know what they mean when they say “listen to your body”. It’s like owning a prize horse - do you want it to be in top health and condition, or be a broken down old hack, only good for the glue pot? The former requires good diet, care and exercise. 🐎

I’m trying my best to walk my talk, sometimes I fall short of the target, sometimes stuff just happens (like the gym being closed last Friday) - you just pick up where you left off, make the best of the situation and reset, restart, learn from any mistake you made. They say “every journey begins with one step”, every leg of the journey is completed by taking one step after another.
