Your user name says it all. Never quit. Keep doing what you are doing. Use a tape measure instead of the scale to track progress. I’m preaching to myself here as well because I have similar issues and frustration. I don’t know what kind of work outs you do, but try something new. Add in some HIIT or sprints to sporadically raise your heart rate. (If you are already doing this I apologize for being redundant!)
