What a difference a couple of days make. Still focussed on losing weight and I'm feeling good about it. It has been 20 days of being aware of my caloric intake and keeping it at a normal range. Yippeee! I weight myself on Sundays and use to always dread that time of the week, but I am actually looking forward to it.
