Well, after therapy today I went to the gym. Got in a whopping 20 minutes on the bike before my legs were screaming ENOUGH!!!! But I did 10 minutes at therapy so that's a total of 30 minutes, so I guess that's pretty good. It just seems a little pathetic given what I was able to do prior to surgery. I know, patience...
My body definitely feels like I did plenty, so I'll go with that as the measure for now and keep trying to bump up the time....I HATE having to be patient, it certainly doesn't come naturally! ;-)
