Goodmorning all,

Had a great time at the gym, i really felt energized afterwards. Trying out the new techniques of warming u with lighter weights and pumping with higher weights, i was pumping at least 5 kilos heavier with almost all my exercises!! Scale was nice this morning, showing me an "you almost made it" sign, so i suppose scale will be up tomorrow :P
I am still glad about the weigh-in at the nutritionist office the other day showing me a 46% fat on the scale, last time i measured it was 48%, so big drop there. (in october it was 52%) Im starting to like the reflection in the mirror, with the right correctional underwear, it is almost as if im a normal human being. Having been fat all my life it is really weird, cannot explain it differently.

Of course i don't mean fat people are not normal people. I mean that the reflection i used to see, where i only glanced or look at myself through peekholes beneath my eyelashes. Now start to show the curves and formes supposedly you should see where you perfect BMI. Mind you I am still a VERY long way from the orange BMI zone, let alone the perfect green zone, but all the working out at the gym is starting to show, thats all im trying to say...

having said all the positive: It would be nice to weigh about 65 kilo's though, i am afraid i have to keep dreaming...
