301 1/4 - A half pound down again today. I am so thrilled with this eating plan. I shopped yesterday while hungry. There is a reason they tell you not to do that. I struggled my way through several areas of the store and it took me longer to do battle but I won!!!! I made no poor choices. Feeling empowered today and praying that the feeling will continue.
