I'm up almost 2 pounds today! Pure muscle no doubt! :)
I'm guessing I had a few too many carbs yesterday. That was only the third day since I started this LGLCHF program that I have even approached 300gm of carbs. Other than that, it was a solid day yesterday - I hit protein and fat targets dead on, and had a small caloric deficit. I did eat pizza, which tends to leave me bloated the next day. My waist measurement is up a small bit today, but nothing huge. I expect that I'll shed this extra weight in a day or two, if I get my carbs back under control. That pizza sure was good, though! Totally worth it!
I'm on my second training day of the new weight-lifting plan. It's interesting. I'm doing fewer exercises, but it takes about the same amount of time. I imagine I can speed it up a little once I get the hang of it, but there are built-in delays between lifts that you are supposed to time - no more, no less. That way you can really crank on your lifts, so you get the most out of them.
