Over how long a period to lose that amount of weight? Are you taking or doing anything else to assist weight loss?

Thanks everyone. Love the support. I started this journey in October 2020 and had most of Jan off. I am watching what I eat... no snacks etc and not taking any supplements or anything. Will need to get a bit more exercise in there soon I guess :) I can't seem to tag people that asked questions.
