after 5 km and gym I reached 69 kg... checked my weight in changing room :) (adidas, white sweater, short jeans = 3.3 kg --> now you can check weight in future ).
after training extra 5 km and got my breakfast (yogurt, strawberries)...
now, time to go to work... what I can do, lazy man :)
