Well its been awhile since I recorded a journal. I took a week and half off of running. I think I had a mild case of runners knee so I was resting up. I did some lifting and biking all of which I hate to do, but I still did it. I took the day off today to go to the dr. about a sore throat and ear ache which I have had for over a week. Glad to hear it is from being conjested and not strep or anything else that the kids at school have given me. lol Well it was such a nice day out (near 70's) so I threw on some shorts and a tshirt and took my dog running. We ran for an hour and it was wonderful!! It is crazy that I can run in shorts in Feb. It will probably end up snowing by next week but I will take advantage of the nice weather while we have it.

Sounds like you did your body good taking the time off to rest your knee. Hope you're feeling better. Sounds like a good, refreshing run! : ) You will probably get your tax return before Friday. I wasn't supposed to get mine til the 17th!
