21St Friday and nice surprise on scales tis morning - 177pounds no matter how many times I got on and off these rubbish scales.
I had a morning out yesterday with friends at church hall and one lady's birthday brought a piece of lemon drizzle cake and then for lunch I was sorely tempted with Belgian Waffles with ice cream and strawberry compote but I made do with jacket potato with pulled pork and salad.
