Got it at Gasworks market in Port Melbourne. There’s also The Mushroom Man, who sells all kinds of exotic mushrooms. Has a stall at Prahran market & possibly a website(?)

No website it seems (mushroomman.com.au is for an Adelaide outfit).
Damian Pike is the proprietor at Prahran Market.
There’s also mfm.com.au which has the Melb Farmer’s markets incl Port Melbourne.

I have a niece that owns a mushroom farm at Ross Creek, just out of Ballarat ,where I am from . I will ask her ,see what she can do, cheers buddy 🥰
