I have weighed in for 2014 at a higher weight and I have changed my goals to lose 40 lbs. this year. Hopefully, that would get me back on track for my upcoming goals for the end of 2014. I am not back to top speed in my walking as I was in 2012 but I am striving by the end of this month to be up to 2.5 miles on the track and back to walking on the treadmill by the end of this week. Please send support and comments. Also I need all your prayers for the strength to make this a reality. I believe I can do this and I am ready to get it a going.

It sounds like you have a goal and a plan, so that is a step in the right direction. You can do this!!
