Today was 183, not a lot of progress these past few weeks, have to reduce my intake of Cabernet and increase exercise. Still possible to reach my goal by early March, but now looking more like mid to late March.
More walking, less Cabernet and make time to swing that darn kettle bell.
Doing a brisket on the smoker this weekend, will have protein for a month.
