Mother Nature gave me a reason to exercise today...in the form of shoveling snow. It's amazing how heavy snowflakes can be! LOL
I was a little bummed this morning when I hadn't lost another pound, but had instead increased a pound. I realize the weight isn't going to come off every single day and will fluctuate. I just need to stay the course, and I am. I can't imagine not losing weight considering the meals I'm eating now compared to what I used to consume, since I maintained weight at that previous level of eating; if I reduce it, I've got to lose.... It's a given.
So, I'm still watching what I eat, and focusing on keeping my carb intake down. Keepin' on, keepin' on.
