Another week, another kilo lost. Since last Tue (and I count weight lost on Tue), it has been 1.1 kg less. It's so called advisable standard rate for those whose are slimming. So I should be happy, but I wish I'd lost more :) I can see my waist getting slimmer, but legs and belly are my problem. Trying to do exercises especially the ones for upper parts of legs and abs training, use cosmetics for body, but not much results yet. Let's hope for a good week in all meanings!
