Well I need to seriously work on my calorie intake....when I think I'm doing ok, I calculate and bang...way over again....it would explain the non loss of weight. I had a back operation 9 days ago so my goal is to eat better, get active and take on a new lease on life...15kg lighter 😁

you can do it!!! I weigh and enter the food as I go so I'm not surprised by the end of the day - then you also get to know approx weight, carbs and calories by eyeballing food :)
