Went to Red Lobster yesterday. Had 2 cheddar biscuits. First bread like product I've had in over a year. I will do I again probably next year but I reinforced the 'no breacds' rule. Bumber!

I love bread and usually get a 5grain wholemeal loaf that is so delicious and I try to fool myself that at about 50grams per slice it can't be fattening but I suppose it must be?

I eat lots of grains and make a stone ground whole wheat and flax seed bread every week. Sometimes I add in garbanzo flour. Bread is one of the staffs of life.
