My hardest time of monitoring my portion size is when I am at home. I see some of my old habits wanting to come back. I need to re commit to my healthy eating habits while at home and listen to my God Given hunger cues. So, here to another great week. Listen to my hunger cues and daily excercise. I am getting closer to my goal. Dont give up now.
