been in texas since wednesday. eating right is difficult when all we are doing is eating out. but ive been trying to make smarter choices. breakfast is the meal i have most control of so its grapefruit and some lo fat yogurt for me.

I have to make a trip to Dallas, so I will have some difficulty as well due to my allergies. I guess I'll survive on steak and salad.
