Today I started a fit fore life regimen! I went around Hollenbeck Park lake 4 times at a very brisk pace. I came home and did over head arm pulls. I am sore in the shoulders, back and calves. I feel good! It was a great "starter" workout. I am excited to continue with a healthier way of living.
