I went to my first yoga class yesterday. It is offered by my gym and there was a grand total of five people attending. I expected something a little more active, but I otherwise it was quite enjoyable. The hour flew by and I felt so relaxed.

Today I am trying the hot yoga, I don't think I'll feel the same way about that one. It was a groupon deal of 10 classes for $20 so even if I hate it, I won't feel like I wasted a ton of money.

Feeling good so far, happy to be motivated. Images of wedding dresses floating in my mind certainly helps :p

Chris - we aren't sure on the date yet, thinking late summer or early fall. I'm definitely not ready for all the planning that is involved! Maria - http://www.bikramyogaauburn.com/ is the student I went to, it has some info on the site. Pretty intense, felt gross but good afterward.
