it's quite ok and manageable 💪🏼👍🏼. but needs dedication🤦🏽♀️. I've been there. it's everyday continues scrimmage for better life style and mindset, don't consider it as temporary diet regime.

Don't worry it's not fat it's just glycogen stores aka water weight just burn it off by exercising

Thanks All for your support ❤️🙏 I was reduced 15kg in 3 months (now after Xmas vacation , 3kg increased) .. now back to diet + exercise.. 💪
