It has taken a long time for me to realize that what i really need was an entire life change. I need to be more balanced with what i eat and not try to starve myself or eat myself into oblivion. My best friend has been my beacon of stregth throughout all of this and i see that i can make the changes that are needed and become a healthier and happier individual!
