To Bearnoggin: Thank you. I came to Los Angeles on 21t of December in 1989. On the day of the middle of night, I flew to Minneapolis with my friend whose hometown. His mother served Ambrosia salad. That was really tasty and it became my Christmas dessert memory. I tried to make it tonight, but I did not put marshmallows and coconut flakes. Marshmallows are too sweet for us and my husband doesn’t like coconut flakes. He says it tastes like Coppertone. LOL
I make Origami Santa Claus every year. I learned when I was 10 years old.

Oh wow! That salad is a favorite in our family too! It's so great because you can customize it however you want! I love the origami Santa too!!! So cute!!! Happy Holidays to you and your family!!!

To Hebrews1036: Thank you. Unfortunately I don’t meet this friend anymore, but I am always recalled about his mother whenever Christmas is coming. Warm heart and foods is equal I think. This is LOVE I think. Have a good holidays!
