Because I like things neat and tidy, I am starting over with how I record things here. I was too sporadic and incomplete with recording before.
I really hate to be jumping on the new year's resolution bandwagon, but I like numbers and organization so 1/3/11 is the beginning of my renewed effort to really do this.
I haven't really gained much weight, but I decided to use the digital scale at the gym instead of the big, manual scale because it is easier and I feel less prone to human error. So the my new "starting" weight it 156.6.
Based on my body composition, I still think that 130 is my ultimate goal and with getting married this year, I would really like to get there.
I'm keeping a paper journal of records as well as here because I feel like it is more concrete and fulfilling to see things hand-written in each little box. It gives more a sense of completion to be able to flip pages than scroll down a calendar on a website.
