Here's a tip for the flabby skin - I have used it since day 1 starting this woe and for me I think it has helped keep the skin a little more toned and not too flabby. Works for men and women.
#1 When in the shower take a back scrub brush or a hand wash brush, soap it up, and scrub (not to hard) all the flabby areas for 1-2mins. This is supposed to increase circulation to those areas and somehow make them tighten and shrink. #2 Right after getting out of the shower while still a little wet - apply Nivea Skin Firming Moisturizer or its generic brand (I use Equate's version). The Coenzyme Q10 helps firm and tighten loose skin. One of my doc's told me I could use it instead of paying for their prescription brand and said it worked just as well. Well really it was the nurse that told me not the doctor.
I can say although I do have some flab, I think the above two steps done daily has helped it stay firmer and more toned than it should be. And as everyone here knows, I do not do any type of exercise at all so my results are not from workouts. It has even helped with stretch marks I have had since I gave birth to my dd 8yrs ago.
