Is obsessing over the scale a bad thing if it motivates you to continue loosing weight. For me, I find that it is a strong benchmark that I can follow. It's been a very hecktic year and my diet fell by the way.

But I am positive. I have done it before and I haven't failed. Instead I've just put other things higher on my priority list. Now it is time to bring my weight back under control.

I will use two things to do this. I will use the scale. It is not a chain or a 'bad thing.' If you want to succeed then you need to follow your own beliefs, not let other people tell you what you SHOUULD DO. You do what is right for you.

The second thing I do is look in the mirror. When I think about food I just think about what I want to look like. If I start today, I will look like that one day sooner
