So day one is done. It was easier then I thought. I made a home made veggie soup, that should last me 3-4 days. It feels good to be eating fruits and veggies. I had been eating alot of fast food recently. I was sore and tired yesterday so i didnt exercise, but i will tonight. 8 more days to go for detox to be over!
