How did you survive the holidays? I'm afraid I didn't do that well. But I'm back on track with a few pounds to loose. It is awesome knowing that I CAN loose the weight and that I FINALLY know how to loose the weight.
I'll start journaling again.
I'm not starting by taking my weight. I don't want to be discouraged as I start my journey. I plan to do a couple of weeks cleansing and getting back into my routine
