I had changed my diet to a low-cal, low fat diet that a friend of mine was trying. Mistake! Horrible results. I felt hungry and sluggish all the time. And I gained weight!

Day 1 of Induction starts today! I'm looking forward to increased fat loss, deeper sleep, and more energy.

Lesson learned!
