First timing nyoba buat salad sendiri, krn pengen mulai makan sayur tanpa dimasak2 (rebus/tumis). And, I can say, I'm happy (very happy bahkan) for the result. Segini banyak, 2 bowl, itu cuma 560an KCal dengan 50g protein.

dijon mustard (bisa dibeli di tope*/sho*ee)2 sendok makan
bawang putih cincang alus 2 (ini opsional, kalau ga suja bs skip)
lada secukupnya
vinegar/cuka (bisa apple cider, wine, dll) 2 sendok. Di sini saya pake apple cider. Atau bs diganti air perasan lemon klw ga suka bau vinegar.
