Today was another good day. I have managed to not cheat on my diet since last Tuesday (i was 251 then before i found this site).
I have also managed to stick with my Mini Chllenge to drin 6-8 glasses of water a day. i am trying to get in at least 100oz.
I know i shouldnt be weighing every day but i cant help. Looking forward to weighing in tomorrow it keeps me motivated!

Personally, I like to weigh every day. It tells me what my body is doing. Everyone is different. But when TOM is here (like this week), I usually wait until my visitor is gone before I start weighing every day again!!! Just remember, if you weigh every day, don't get discouraged if that weight doesn't drop every day. You still need to keep your spirits up and be positive.

Don't sweat it girl.. I weigh almost every morning! I have the scales right there in the bathroom so I can do my business and step on them.. It's a ritual I guess, LOL.
