Another good day sort of I stayed within points all day and I had to eat out on the way to an eye appt I chose a hamburger kid's meal no cheese.

Ok I caved, my hubby fixed BBQ shredded chicken for supper and I went sort of overboard I'm only over by 10 points though and I'm still under 2000 calories although my target goal is 1200 I don't even want to talk about the fat 20 grams over! It could have been worst lesson learned: Eat the dam snack you have packed and behave myself.
