Not sure what happened, I've been hovering at 181-3 for two weeks, but this morning I saw a beautiful 179.6!! YAY. SO happy. Haven't seen that weight on the scale since July 2012! I CAN DO THIS! My ultimate goal is 30 lbs, but if I can get another 20 down I will be so happy! Happy Monday...

That happens to a lot of people. Things happen in our bodies that we don't see on the scale. That's why it's so important to stick with it even when the scale isn't moving. The scale eventually catches up, lol! Great job!
