Holidays schmolidays, I need to get this under control. Not s'much my weight just a healthy lifestyle.
I know HOW to eat healthily, I just choose not to. Not because I hate myself, or I'm bored, or any sad similar scenario. It's really just because I love to indulge. It's that simple. I love to have fun, be with friends, enjoy myself. My thinking is that on "special occasions" I can have the third glass of wine, the chocolate, or the fried appetizer. So magically this has made my brain think that if you are indulging in said ways, it IS a special occasion. Get it? Wow, I just realized how fucked up that is.
I wish on special occasions people ate steamed fish and fresh foods & veggies.
