Okay, well if you look back at my last few journal entries I was unhappy that I had gained the weight back. Well, it's a new year and I'm getting married in 3 1/2 months! It's serious crunch time because I want to look at those wedding pictures and smile, not try and be embarrassed on that day. It's not just a one-day thing, this is something I've needed to do for a long time now.
I'm starting EFS tomorrow. I'll have to get on my scale tomorrow too. It's been a while and I think I'll be at my highest ever. VERY VERY scary.
Tomorrow's menu is: 1. 2 egg whites / 1/2 cup Egg Beaters / 1 whole egg piece of fruit
2. 1 C slice fruit
3. 1 small salad
4. 1/2 c beans, lentils, chickpeas (I'll likely have hummus because I hate legumes) vegetables
Continue excellent routine at the gym.
I'm looking forward to working with everyone to achieve our new year's resolution of being healthier.
