Hey guys. Does anyone know how many calories is in Nutriseed seed snacking - balsamic vinegar and Himalayan salt. If I search it on the app it says there is 2200 calories in 100grams🤤 surely that can't be right??? I have the 30gram snack packs

I actually posted a while ago querying whether it's possible to report some food entry items for deletion, because they hadn't been inputted correctly - it's possible with your one that whoever entered it in to the system didn't convert from kj to kcal ( /4,184), I've found several of these

If it is a question of not converting from kj to kcal then your 30g snack pack has about 158cal per pack

Thanks so much! That helps alot! 😊 I was scared to eat them but I think it was just entered incorrectly as well.

Yes. I agree with @WaistAway87. I checked other sources online and they're around 160 calories.
