Decent result this week. Slow and steady and all that. :-)I'm aiming for a BMI of around 27 as apparently some research has found it's healthier for older adults, and females in particular, to be a bit heavier. Suits me :-) My current BMI is 28.2 so I need to lose another 8 to 10lbs - it'd be great if I could get there by Christmas.
