We had Hannah's Chicken Special last night and My Family ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS!! My DD and I came up with the recipe.
Makes 8 servings
31.41 fat/24.12protein/4ncarbs/388cals per serving
2cups shredded italian cheese
1cup lc gravy
10 medium slices bacon
1 medium yellow squash
2 breast quarters chicken breast quarter large
1 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 medium zucchini squash

Directions
Boil chicken until done. Chop into 1" pieces.
Cut up squash into slices; chop celery if not already chopped; slice butter.
In a large casserole dish, pour in LC Gravy. Layer half squash, half celery, and half of butter. Layer half chicken, cover with half cheese. Cover with Bacon. Repeat layers ending with cheese.
Bake at 425 for 30 mins.


Recipe for LC Gravy I created awhile back. I use it for everything, a mainstay, especially for salads instead of dressing.

1lb sausage ground or 1 lb bacon
2cups chicken broth
1cup whipping cream
2 tsp season salt

fry ground sausage or bacon in med fry pan. Leave in grease when done.
Add in remaining ingredients and reduce to simmer for 5 mins.
Serving size is 2 tablespoons
