The last 2 days have been rough. I have not tracked what I ate. I ate a whole order of parmbites from Dominos the other night. I have bouts of feeling nit good enough. I worry that even after hitting my goal I still won't like what I see. I feel the changes my clothes show them but when I look in the mirror I don't see them. I still see that fat person I have always seen.. I feel so empty sometimes. I give so much to everyone and it just leaves my empty. I can't continue to try and fill that emptiness with food. I am back on track today. 1 more pound for 30 lost. Here I go..❤
