Spinning class this morning was AWESOME! My legs should hurt tomorrow. With just about a 3500 caloric deficit this M-F I suppose I should be happy if I weigh in 1 lb. lighter tomorrow. I slacked a bit. We'll see. Bound and determined. ;)
