Back at it and feeling good today. My thumb ring is almost too big now. I will have to switch it to a different finger. Been working out once a week with my friend and trainer - mostly conditioning with some light cardio. Today, weighted squats and lunges got me feeling nauseated and light headed. Damn frustrating! But, no giving up! Ready for the next evolution!
