Doing well today so far. I turned down a delicious looking giant chocolate chip cookie. We'll see how dinner goes.
Last night I bought long johns and tube socks to keep my legs warm this winter. The long johns crack me up. They come all the way up past my belly button. I need a thermal top as well and a pair of overalls. Add a cowboy hat or Nascar hat and a piece of wheat, and I'll look like a bona-fide Okie. Hahaha.
I was reading more on... either discoveryhealth.com or fitnessmagazine.com, can't remember... And read something about the 20-20-60 rule. 20% Fat, 20% Protein, and 60% Carbs. Low-carb diets are so popular now. Does anyone follow a 20-20-60 rule or something similar? I don't really stick to anything like that, but I looked closely at my diet and it seems I end up doing 20-20-60 anyway. Haha. I don't really pay attention, I just try to eat the healthiest options available to me. I DO avoid breads and pastries and stuff if they're not whole-wheat. I eat sushi so often though that I know I eat a lot of white rice though...
