Well, it's past Thanksgiving and I'm down a pound... that's good news. :D I hope I can keep it up, even though I've been feeling like I'm eating closer to 1550 calories a day. I need to stop cheating on my diet. Ugh.

You know... you may be onto something by accident. If you're losing weight at a higher intake, stick with that! That's what's happened to me, as well. Eating more, still not cleared for exercise, and yet I've lost 4 1/2 lbs during the last six weeks. Of course, mine is most likely muscle weight, though... no more Shaun T for me...I've been banned from push-ups and other chest isolating exercises. Miss you, girl!
